It is so easy to get caught up in the chaos of daily life.  Falling victim to mundane routines, spending hours chasing the clock and ultimately forgetting to make time for ourselves.  I challenge you to make yourself a priority this week.   Start by taking just one hour a week - for yourself.  No distractions.  No thoughts of work, or chores or stress or fear of tomorrow.  Just time for you... you, your mat and your breath.  I challenge you to take this hour to recharge your soul and reconnect with your true self, while finding flexibility and peace within.

Take 60 mins out of your day for yourself, and spend some quality time on your mat - deepening your practice and your connection with yourself.  Each week we move through a series of asanas (poses) especially chosen for our themed classes (chakra opening, happiness, anxiety, gratitude, mindfulness, flexibility, etc).  The classes are accompanied by music and are either Vinyasa flow or Yin styled classes.

Each class begins with a Pranayama (breathing practice), followed by a Vinyasa Flow and ends off with a relaxing Savasana meditation.

Classes are hosted in a safe, loving environment and all levels are welcome.

A variety of delicious health teas are offered afterwards as well as the opportunity to meet new people and exchange ideas.

Thereafter, R100 Pop-In Class or R320 Monthly 

Not keen on a group class - no problem. I offer private classes at my home based studio as well as the option to do classes via Skype, or from the comfort of your own home.  Group yoga sessions are also available for corporate functions or improve office moral, positivity and wellness and host yoga at your office.
